Peter Bilbrey - President- CEO

For more than 25 years, Pete has partnered with hospitality teams across the Las Vegas and Southern California markets, helping them bring their design visions to life through thoughtful FF&E solutions. Starting his career in hospitality textiles, he quickly learned how the right materials, seating, casegoods, outdoor furnishings, and artwork could transform the guest experience and how important it is for clients to work with someone who truly understands their challenges.

IDR Outdoor was created with those clients in mind. Pete recognized that designers, purchasing teams, and operators needed a dependable partner who could deliver custom, high-quality outdoor furniture without long lead times or inflated price points. With IDR Outdoor, he set out to build a brand focused on making the process easier: responsive communication, tailored solutions, dependable craftsmanship, and products designed to elevate both the property and the guest experience.

Nicole Bilbrey - Director of Operations

Nicole is the director of Operations at IDR Outdoor, where she oversees supply chain management, production workflows, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure operational excellence. With over 10 years of experience in sales, finance, and leadership, she brings a strategic, customer-first mindset to every level of the business. 

Originally from Vietnam, Nicole moved to the U.S. at 16 and now uses her deep cultural insight to strengthen relationships with IDR’s overseas factory partners and quality control teams. Here ability to bridge cultural and operational gaps makes her a key asset in driving both efficiency and global collaboration.

 Michelle Bass, founder of Bass Collections, brings over 20 years of experience in design. With a background in interior design, she places a strong emphasis on building meaningful client relationships. Her expertise spans both residential and high-profile hospitality projects around the globe, where she combines thoughtful design with a client-focused approach to deliver exceptional results. In addition to leading Bass Collections, Michelle also serves as a Sales Representative at IDR Outdoor, further expanding her reach and industry insight.

 

 

 JEFF RINGER – SALES REPRESENTATIVE – Serving Florida

With 12 years of experience in the industry, Jeff has built a diverse background spanning both residential and hospitality design, transitioning his focus to hospitality in 2018. In 2023, he became a multi-line sales representative covering all of Florida, bringing a well-rounded perspective and strong industry relationships to his role. He also serves as a Sales Representative at IDR Outdoor, where he supports clients with tailored solutions and in-depth product expertise, particularly within the hospitality space.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with friends and family—especially when it involves being outdoors.
