Peter Bilbrey - President- CEO
Involved in various aspects of Hospitality FF&E for over 25 years in both the Las Vegas and Southern California markets. He started his career in hospitality fabrics & his FF&E experience evolved into working with and gaining an intricate understanding of seating & casegoods, outdoor furnishings, & artwork curation. The idea for IDR Outdoor occurred to Pete when he realized that no industry partner was effectively addressing the need for truly custom high quality outdoor furnishing for hospitality at reasonable price points.

Nicole Bilbrey - Director of Operations VN
Born and raised in Vietnam prior to coming to the US at the age of 16, Nicole brings a true understanding of the Vietnamese culture and mindset that allows IDR Outdoor to effectively communicate with our factory partners and QC team in Vietnam.

Alicia Thomas - Creative Director / Sales & Marketing
With a background working for hospitality interior design firms since 2007, Alicia is a FIDM graduate who brings a unique understanding of the hospitality worlds needs from the designer’s perspective. With a background as a Jr Interior Designer for Hospitality in Las Vegas, as well as a Graphic Designer and Textile Librarian, Alicia excels at assisting designers in refining their furniture concepts and in sourcing outdoor fabrics from our vast resources for their projects.

Bobby has been in the industry for almost 10 years now in South Florida with a background in custom carpet design and manufacturing. He founded NYA Hospitality in 2018 and is trusted by the top design firms, purchasing agents and ownership groups to bring the very best of Hospitality FF&E to this market.

Kody Herzog - Herzog Hospitality - Las Vegas, NV & Dallas, TX Territory
Kody Herzog is a seasoned professional in Sales and Project Management with a passion for the hospitality industry. Raised in Las Vegas, he has a deep understanding of the vibrant hospitality market and currently excels as a Hospitality Sales Representative in Dallas and Las Vegas, earning multiple Sales Rep of the Year awards. His diverse background in design, procurement, and project management, along with his involvement in ESG initiatives, sets him apart in the industry.
Active with NEWH Dallas and NEWH Las Vegas, Kody supports and engages with the organization. Looking ahead, he aims to grow his business in both cities and become a recognized leader in the hospitality community, driven by his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
